NO ATM!!! Banco Pop's logo, A Toda Hora, or hence ATH, is the cornerstone of their empire. Owning the only ATM network, their ATH should always be available.... key word is should 'cuz on Sunday myself and many others couldn't pull money. Great! No explanations given, no news or media coverage. Nope, just another shitty day of service from the premere sucks-a-lot bank of puerto rico. Thanks for nothing BPPR, you guys rock!, NOT!!!!
